Villa Sal’Egli was bought together by our two families and so named after a combination of our surnames.
Enjoy the outside
The property is set in 1400 sqm of landscaped tropical gardens. Colourful pots of geraniums surround the pool area, where plenty of sun-loungers and parasols are available around the mosaic tiled roman style swimming pool. There’s a covered pergola to escape the heat and for those who enjoy dining at home, a large stone BBQ will keep the BBQ enthusiasts extremely happy.
We all fell in love with the stunning wrap-around covered veranda our first viewing! The large dining table with plenty of space to relax is the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic view of the Ionian Sea.

his comfortable 200sqm villa is fully equipped to a high standard and sleeps up to 8 guests in four comfortable double bedrooms which can be configured according to your preference.
A spacious living area and large kitchen can comfortably accommodate everyone together. For indoor dining, the dining room which has a lovely sea view can seat up to 10 people at an extendable high table.
You will also find a guest toilet, a storage room with washing machine and a small reading room integrated on this floor. On this floor there are two bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The lower floor can be reached via the interior staircase and the fully tiled garage. Here you will find 2 more air-conditioned bedrooms with modern king size beds, an lounge and a large shared bathroom. A refrigerator and a coffee machine or an additional kettle are also available.
Living area
The spacious living area with two sofas offers room for a good conversation over a good wine or cocktail. In colder weather, the fireplace in the living area creates the perfect warm, cozy atmosphere.
Dining area
For indoor dining, the dining room which has a lovely sea view can seat up to 10 people at an extendable high table.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen with large gas grill leaves nothing to be desired for those who like to prepare their own food.

The second bedroom on the upper floor is a little quieter as it is rear facing. There is a king size bed and private en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available

The two bedrooms in the basement are each around 18sqm, with modern king-size beds share a large en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has individually adjustable air conditioning.

Cooling down
Make yourself comfortable around the 8×4.5m pool, which is up to 2.2m deep. The design of the pool is inspired by the mosaic tiles typical of the country and has a handrail for safe access. An outdoor shower is available.
Relaxation
Enjoy your drinks under the large umbrellas or in the lounge and enjoy the panoramic view of Ipsos Bay.
The large veranda is also a dreamy place for spending time together at the table or for contemplative moments alone in a rocking chair.
Barbecue
From the veranda you can go directly to the barbecue area via a few steps. Here there is a large brick stone barbecue (water connection available) and a food preparation area located near the indoor and outdoor tables.
Arrival and stay
The villa is located on a quiet street in Kato Korakiana and is easily accessible by car or cab. Journey times from both the airport or the old town are around 25 minutes and it’s an ideal location for those looking to explore the western areas of the island including Palaiokastritsa, the North East coast and Corfu town.
We recommend the use of a rental car during your stay in our villa. The beaches of Ipsos, Dassia and Barbati can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car, and the sandy beaches of Pelekas or Glyfada are just half an hour away.
Stock up with all the essentials at larger supermarkets just 10 minutes from the villa by car, but there is also a small minimarket/pizzeria just 1300m from the villa. You’ll find an excellent taverna right next door about 150m away.
Villa Sal’Egli is a gorgeous home away from home, the perfect place to stay to explore the whole island and make memories you’ll treasure forever.
